You will need your Short Company Name, and Username, which were sent to you in an email titled: "Your account has been successfully created!"

Where Do I Complete My DBS Application?

You need to log into your account to fill in your application. You can log in by clicking here. If you have not received an email with your login details, talk to the organisation that asked you to complete a DBS check.
